Other scooter brands:

  • FREE Standard Delivery in France.
  • Express Delivery in France starting from €14.99.
  • For other zones, shipping fees depend on your location and the scooter’s weight.
    For example, Zone 1 starts from €24 and can go up to €137 for heavier models.

3 – 7 business days across all EU countries.

Other scooter brands:

  • 3 – 5 business days for Standard Delivery in France.
  • 2 – 4 business days for Express Delivery in France.

  • 5 – 10 business days for Zone 2, Zone 3, or international destinations.

Absolutely! Use our Order Tracking Page to monitor your delivery. You’ll need your order number and email used at checkout.

  • Yes, Express Delivery is available in France starting from €14.99.
  • Note: Express Delivery is not available for Kukirin electric scooters.

Product

Yes. You have 14 days to return your product. It must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. please check return policy for more information.

Please inspect the package before signing for it. If damaged:

  • Refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
  • If accepted without reservation, responsibility transfers to you.

If the packaging is ok but your electric scooter arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours. We’ll arrange an exchange. For full terms, refer to our Return & Warranty Policy.

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, please send us a message as soon as possible at support@vepace.com.

We will do our best to process your cancellation before the order is dispatched. However, please note that:

  • The effective cancellation time is when your request is processed, not when the message is sent.
  • If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to stop the delivery.
  • In that case, you may return the product under our standard return policy, but you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Warranty & After-Sales

1. What’s the warranty period?
It depends on the brand:

  • Dualtron, Teverun, Kuickwheel, HERO: Up to 2 years (1 year for battery).
  • Kukirin: Up to 12 months for most parts, 6 months for battery/motor.

For issues within 7 days, we cover shipping both ways. After that, the customer usually pays for sending it in, and we cover return shipping (varies by brand).
