Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

⚠️ Important Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused and in perfect condition, without any signs of wear, scratches, dirt, or marks.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including:

    • The scooter and all included accessories (charger, manual, keys, etc.)

    • Original carton and protective materials

  • The product must not show any sign of activation (e.g. mileage, battery usage, or app pairing).

We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product is not returned in a condition allowing resale as new.


Return Fees

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the high shipping cost for this type of products, we unfortunately cannot cover or reimburse return shipping fees.


Non-refundable Transaction Fees

For voluntary order cancellations submitted before shipment or returns, payment processing fees charged by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.) are not refundable.
These fees are kept by the providers and not returned to us, even when we refund an order.
They will therefore be deducted from the refund amount


Cancellation After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If the customer still wishes to cancel, they must either:

  • refuse the package at delivery, or

  • receive it and return it to us.

In both cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
A refund will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected by our supplier:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Any shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.


Important Notes

  • Returns received in damaged or used condition may be subject to partial refunds or refusal.

  • Billing information cannot be changed after the order has been shipped.
