I. General Terms of Sale & Warranty

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "You") and VEPACE (hereinafter referred to as "VEPACE", "We", or "Us"), a professional retailer distributing electric mobility products.

These GTCS apply to all sales concluded via the VEPACE website. They prevail over any other conditions unless expressly agreed in writing. By accessing the website and placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms without reservation.

1. Brands Distributed

VEPACE distributes the following brands:

  • Dualtron
  • Teverun
  • Kuickwheel
  • HERO
  • Rovoron
  • Kukirin

VEPACE acts as the contractual seller of the products offered on the website. We ensure commercial compliance, product traceability, and first-line after-sales service in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

2. Products

Product descriptions, specifications, technical sheets, and images are provided for informational purposes only. Manufacturers may update specifications or design elements without prior notice. Such updates shall not affect the essential characteristics or conformity of the product delivered.

Before placing an order, the Customer is invited to review the technical characteristics to ensure suitability for their intended use.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping conditions and any additional charges are clearly indicated during the checkout process prior to order confirmation. The price applicable to the order is the one displayed at the time of purchase confirmation.

VEPACE reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, such modification shall not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

Orders are placed exclusively via our secure online platform. The Customer must verify the accuracy of the information provided before confirming the order.

Once payment is confirmed, the order becomes binding and an electronic confirmation is sent to the Customer at the email address provided. VEPACE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of payment issues, suspected fraud, or legitimate grounds.

5. Payment

We accept secure payment methods including major credit cards and PayPal. Transactions are processed via encrypted and secure infrastructures in accordance with industry standards.

Payment must be completed in full before the order is prepared and dispatched.

6. Delivery

6.1 Shipping

  • Orders are processed and dispatched after payment validation.
  • Tracking information is provided once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (EU mainland), subject to logistics conditions.

6.2 Shipping Costs

  • Free delivery within mainland France.
  • Additional charges may apply outside France and are displayed at checkout.

6.3 Delivery Inspection

  • The Customer must inspect the package before signing.
  • Visibly damaged packages should be refused.
  • Visible defects must be reported within 48 hours with supporting evidence.

7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery without having to provide any reason.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
  • Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product is defective or non-conforming.

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product and confirmation of compliance with the above conditions.

8. Warranty Policy

8.1 Legal Conformity Warranty

All products benefit from the legal conformity warranty applicable under EU law. This warranty covers defects existing at the time of delivery.

8.2 Brand-Specific Warranty Duration

  • Dualtron, Teverun, Kuickwheel, HERO:
    • 2 years on frame and electronic components
    • 1 year on battery packs
  • Kukirin:
    • 1 year manufacturer-backed warranty
    • Within 7 days: verified manufacturing defects may qualify for replacement
    • After 12 months: paid repair services available

8.3 Warranty Scope

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

It does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear parts (tires, brake pads, lights, grips)
  • Water ingress or overloading
  • Unauthorized modifications or speed unlocking
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence

8.4 Warranty Procedure

  1. Submit a request via our contact form
  2. Provide order number and description of the issue
  3. Follow the return or diagnostic instructions provided
  4. Inspection and resolution (repair, replacement, or quotation where applicable)

9. Limitation of Liability

VEPACE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper use of the product or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, brand names, logos, and visual elements displayed on the website remain the property of their respective owners. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
