Robust steering column assembly built for Dualtron Dolphin electric scooters to provide accurate bearing alignment and torsional stiffness. The column is produced from forged aluminium alloy, with precision journals sized for compatible headset bearings used across Dolphin, Dolphin 7.8Ah, Dolphin 12Ah and Dolphin 15Ah models.
Designed as a direct replacement with factory mounting geometry, the column supports standard clamp rings and fork interfaces to restore original steering characteristics and reduce play under load.
