Description
Precision-engineered upper folding lock bar designed for reliable engagement and alignment in Dualtron folding hinge assemblies. The upper folding lock bar maintains hinge preload and consistent latch position to ensure repeatable fold/unfold operation under typical ride loads for the Dualtron Togo family, reducing play at the head junction for stable steering feel. Compatible with Togo 36V12Ah, Togo Plus 48V12Ah and Togo LTD 60V15Ah.
Manufactured to interface directly with original hinge hardware and mounting points, the upper lock bar is suitable for fitment where factory tolerances are required. Installation aligns the latch surfaces and secures the upper hinge engagement to preserve intended folding geometry for prolonged service life.
